Organizing Strategic Alliances
White Oak provides Executive Production Services to large-scale projects that need strategic and creative direction integrated with economic controls. Our expertise and contacts focus on the growing field of popular family museums, science centers, children’s museums, aquariums and natural history and history museums.
White Oak coordinates and manages the key parties and structures a fair relationship among all parties by managing agreements from the initial concept development phase through opening or launch.

Devoted to skill development and lifelong learning, the new 120,190 square foot facility in downtown Des Moines offers dynamic exhibit experiences, an IMAX® Dome Theater, a Science Adventure Theater for live performances and SCI’s renowned preschool for early childhood learning.
White Oak was the Program Manager/Executive Producer for all exhibits, programs and theaters in the new SCI. This assignment grew out of our work on SCI’s Strategic Master Plan and its Room Book, defining the architectural program.
